How to take-on a Travel Agent for luring with false promises and not delivering

Hi Friends,

Recently we had gone for a trip to Kashmir through Shree Kanaiya Travels, Bhayender and they really messed up our trip.

I dont want other people to suffer as we did.

Is it possible to take-on them for this??? How???
